Logansport Plan Commission – The Commission meets on the second Monday of each month at 4:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers on the third floor of City Hall.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING LOGANSPORT PLAN COMMISSION WILL CONSIDER AMENDMENTS TO TABLE A CHANGES TO DATA PROCESSING, PIPELINE PUMPING STATION, PIPELINES AND ELECTRIC GENERATION STANDARDS OF THE LOGANSPORT ZONING ORDINANCE Notice is hereby given that the Logansport Plan Commission will hold a public hearing starting at 4:00 P.M. on Monday, June 8, 2026 in the City Council Chambers, third floor, City Building, 601 East Broadway, Logansport, Indiana. During this hearing, the board will consider amendments to the Table A changes to Data Processing, Pipeline Pumping Station, Pipelines and Electric Generation standards of the Logansport Zoning Ordinance. Copies of information pertaining to this issue will be on file for public inspection 5 days prior to the meeting in the office of the Logansport/Cass County Plan Department, 200 Court Park, room 306, Cass County Government Building, Logansport, IN. Interested persons desiring to express their views on these issues, either orally or in writing will be given the opportunity at the above time and place. Opinions expressed in writing may be sent to Logansport/Cass County Plan Department, 200 Court Park, room 306,Cass County Government Building, Logansport, IN 46947, or faxed to 574-753-7401 and must be received by 2:00 PM on the day of the hearing. The hearing may be continued from time to time as necessary. An adverse decision may be appealed by writ of certiorari if filed with the Circuit Court within (30) thirty days.
