Mermaid Meet & Swim

Join us at Indy Dive Center for a “Mermaid Meet Up!”

Merfolk will have access to our confined and open water training areas to meet other mermaids, show and “tail” all your new mermaid gear, and make magic!

Mermaids will gather to:

Meet other mermaids
Show and “tail” about your new mermaid gear
Go for a guided swim in open water with a certified SSI Mermaid Instructor
Mermaids with Open Water Training will also have opportunity to go for some “loggable” swim time (Ocean Mermaid or Advanced Mermaid Certifications required)
Opportunities for photos in water, at the water’s edge, and access to the beautiful falls at France Park. (Safety first! Photos at the falls must have attendants or merwranglers to assist)
Private access to training areas and platforms for staging gear and in-water activities. (Friends, family, and pets are asked to remain in the main beach area.)

Minimum age is 12 years old.

Participants must be able to swim (including in their tail), medically fit for open water mermaid activities, and comfortable in deep water

Regular gate fees and daily admission apply ($25)

Mermaids are asked to complete our digital waiver prior to arrival (same as our scuba diving waiver)

Non-certified mermaids will be asked to use a flotation device for in-water activity.

Masks and snorkels are required for open water mermaid swimming.
