COMMUNITY: Free Classes

Never tried a class at Empower Wellness, or worried you’re not “athletic enough”?
COMMUNITY is our monthly series of free classes, made for new students to try our showcased classes.
We know starting something new can feel intimidating — especially if you’ve spent years believing you’re not flexible, not coordinated, or not the “yoga type.”
COMMUNITY exists so you can walk in, try it, and see for yourself: you are capable of this.
Our July series is for the ones who want to “feel it” and focuses on the strength building aspect of our classes while maintaining the strong lens of focus and relaxation that yoga offers.
Wednesday, July 22nd —
🌻 STRENGTH at noon (yoga with light weights for real strength building)
🌻MAT PILATES at 4:45pm (heated mat Pilates for core strength, flexibility, and full-body conditioning).
Friday, July 24th —
🌻FUSE at noon (Yoga meets Pilates for core strength, stability, and intentional full-body movement).
All levels welcome.
