NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING WALTON COMMISSION WILL CONSIDER AMENDMENTS TO FLOODPLAIN REGULATIONS IN THE WALTON ZONING ORDINANCE Notice is hereby given that the Walton Plan Commission will hold a public hearing starting at 6:00 P.M. on Monday, April 6, 2026, in Walton Town Hall, 100 Depot St. Walton, Indiana. During this hearing, the Board will consider the amendment for Floodplain Regulations of the Walton Zoning Ordinance. Copies of information pertaining to this issue will be on file for public inspection 5 days prior to the meeting in the office of the Logansport/Cass County Plan Department, 200 Court Park, room 306, Cass County Government Building, Logansport, IN. Interested persons desiring to express their views on this issue, either orally or in writing will be given the opportunity at the above time and place. Opinions expressed in writing may be sent to Logansport/Cass County Plan Department, 200 Court Park, room 306,Cass County Government Building, Logansport, IN 46947, or faxed to 574-753-7401 and must be received by 4:00 PM on the day before the hearing. The hearing may be continued from time to time as necessary. An adverse decision may be appealed by writ of certiorari if filed with the Circuit Court within (30) thirty days.
