Lita knows the ups and downs of running a business — she’s been there herself. After operating a food truck for four years and helping manage her husband’s consulting business, she’s now using that experience to guide entrepreneurs through the five key parts of business: operations, sales, HR, finance, and marketing. Through the ISBDC, she offers no-fee business consultations (yep, taxpayer funded!) for startups and small businesses across Indiana.
