Sara Mathews is a nurse-turned-cheesemonger and the co-owner of Gather 2 Graze Charcuterie alongside her daughter, Hannah. After years in healthcare caring for others, Sara followed a new calling — creating experiences that bring people together around beautiful, thoughtfully curated food.

What began as a passion for entertaining and artisan cheese has grown into a vibrant community-centered business in downtown Plymouth. Sara blends her nurturing spirit with an eye for detail, crafting charcuterie boards, grazing tables, and educational classes that are as welcoming as they are visually stunning.
