NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CASS COUNTY PLAN COMMISSION WILL CONSIDER AMENDMENTS TO SOLAR ENERGY CONVERSION SYSTEM STANDARDS, FLOODPLAIN REGULATIONS, DATA PROCESSING AND ADDITION OF SOLAR BATTERY IN THE CASS COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE Notice is hereby given that the Cass County Plan Commission will hold a public hearing starting at 8:30 A.M. on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, in the Commissioners Hearing Room, second floor, Cass County Court House, 200 Court Park, Logansport, Indiana. During this hearing, the Board will consider the amendments for Solar Energy Conversion System Standards, Floodplain Regulations, Data Processing and addition of Solar Battery sections of the Cass County Zoning Ordinance. Copies of information pertaining to this issue will be on file for public inspection 5 days prior to the meeting in the office of the Logansport/Cass County Plan Department, 200 Court Park, room 306, Cass County Government Building, Logansport, IN. Interested persons desiring to express their views on this issue, either orally or in writing will be given the opportunity at the above time and place. Opinions expressed in writing may be sent to Logansport/Cass County Plan Department, 200 Court Park, room 306,Cass County Government Building, Logansport, IN 46947, or faxed to 574-753-7401 and must be received by 4:00 PM on the day before the hearing. The hearing may be continued from time to time as necessary. An adverse decision may be appealed by writ of certiorari if filed with the Circuit Court within (30) thirty days.
