NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

CASS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

As required by Ind. Code §5-23-5-9, notice is hereby given that the Cass County Commissioners (the “Board”) will hold a public hearing on February 6, 2026, at 1:00 PM (local time), concerning the recommendation to award a public-private agreement for the design, construction, operation, and transfer of the Cass County Highway Department Garage (the “Project”). The hearing will be held at 200 Court Park, 2^nd Floor Commissioners Hearing Room, Logansport, Indiana 46947.

Pursuant to Ind. Code §5-23 et seq., the Board issued a request for proposals and qualifications for the design, construction, operation, and transfer of the Project to be located in Cass County, Indiana. After review and analysis of proposals received, a recommendation has been made to the Board to award the public-private agreement for the Project to Steinberger Construction, Inc.  Copies of the proposals and a written explanation of the basis upon which the recommendation is being made are with the Board and are available for public inspection and copying at 200 Court Park, 2^nd Floor Commissioners Hearing Room, Logansport, Indiana 46947, by appointment made by calling 574-753-7770.
