JOINT EXECUTIVE SESSION: Cass County Commissioners and Cass County Council
The Cass County Commissioners and Cass County Council will be meeting in Executive Session on Thursday, September 7 2023, at 1:00 p.m. in the Cass County Commissioners Hearing Room at the Cass County Government Building (Courthouse), located on the 2nd floor at 200 Court Park, Logansport, Indiana.
The Cass County Commissioners and Cass County Council will be meeting pursuant to I.C.§ 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(4)(I) negotiations with commercial prospects and I.C.§ 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(5)(9) to receive and discuss job performance of individual employee.
