LOGANSPORT PLAT COMMITTEE

Notice is hereby given that the Logansport Plat Committee will hold a public hearing starting at 8:30am on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, in the City Council Chambers, third floor, City Building, 601 E Broadway, Logansport, Indiana. During this hearing, the committee will consider the petition of Steve & Deanna Crispen requesting a Minor Subdivision. The property is west of 2200 W Delaware Rd. Logansport, IN 46947. The property is more fully described by as: Pt SE 1/4 21 27 1e 7A Interested persons desiring to express their views on this petition, either orally or in writing, will be given the opportunity at the above time and place. Opinions expressed in writing may be sent to 200 Court Park, Room 306, Cass County Government Building, Logansport, Indiana 46947, or faxed to 574-753-7401 and must be received by 8:00 AM on the day of the hearing. The hearing may be continued from time to time. An adverse decision may be appealed to the Circuit Court within (30) thirty days.
