NOTICE OF JOINT EXECUTIVE SESSION MEETING
CASS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND CASS COUNTY COUNCIL
MONDAY, APRIL 21ST, 2025
COMMISSIONERS HEARING ROOM
The Cass County Commissioners and Cass County Council will be meeting in Executive Session on Monday, April 21st, 2025, immediately following the Cass County RDC regular meeting at approximately 2:30 p.m. in the Cass County Commissioners Hearing Room at the Cass County Government Building located on the 2nd floor at 200 Court Park, Logansport, Indiana.
The Cass County Commissioners and Cass County Council will be meeting pursuant to I.C Section 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)D for discussion of strategy with respect to a real property transaction including the potential sale; I.C. Section 5-14-1.5- 6.1(b)(4) interviews and negotiations with commercial prospects by a governing body of a political subdivision.
