NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING LOGANSPORT ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE Notice is hereby given that the Logansport Architectural Review Committee will hold a public hearing starting at 9:00 A.M. on Friday, April 5, 2024 in the City Council Chambers, third floor, City Building, 601 East Broadway, Logansport, Indiana. During this hearing, the committee will consider the petition of the Logansport Redevelopment Commission requesting a Development Plan Review and various variances from developmental standards for a 6ft fence to be installed at the Lexington Village retention pond. The property is located on the corner of Mike Anderson Lane and High Street, Logansport, IN and is zoned LV PUD. The property is more fully described by as: Lexington Village Common Area # 1 Parcel #: 09-17-28-200-088.023-010 For a full description of the property, contact the Planning Department at 574-753-7775 between 8am & 4pm. Interested persons desiring to express their views on this petition, either orally or in writing, will be given the opportunity at the above time and place.
