NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
LOGANSPORT PLAT COMMITTEE Notice is hereby given that the Plat Committee will hold a public hearing starting at 12:00 P.M. on Friday, February 27, 2026, in the City Council Chamber, third floor, City Building, 601 E Broadway Logansport, Indiana. During this hearing, the committee will consider the petition of Jacob and Ingrid O’Brien requesting a Minor Subdivision. The property is south of 519 N 300 E, Logansport, IN 46947. The property is more fully described by as: Pt E Pt Se Frl 1/4 20 27 2e 20a Interested persons desiring to express their views on this petition, either orally or in writing, will be given the opportunity at the above time and place. Opinions expressed in writing may be sent to 200 Court Park, Room 306, Cass County Government Building, Logansport, Indiana 46947, or faxed to 574-753-7401 and must be received by 8:00 AM on the day of the hearing.
