Logansport HS Alumni Gala & Felix’s 100th Birthday

The Logansport High School Alumni Association will host its inaugural Alumni Gala on Saturday, February 28, 2026, from 6:00–10:00 p.m. at the Vibrant Event Center in Logansport. The evening will feature dinner, a silent auction, and live entertainment, including LHS alumni jazz, Felix & Fingers Dueling Pianos, and a special appearance by Felix the Cat artist and musician Don Oriolo, who last joined the community for the 2016 celebration.

The Gala marks two historic milestones—Felix the Cat’s 100th birthday and Logansport High School’s 155th anniversary—and brings generations of Berries together for a night of connection and celebration. As the oldest high school mascot in Indiana, Felix’s centennial celebration begins Friday, February 27, at the home basketball game vs. Benton Central and continues with the Alumni Gala the following evening. Beyond the celebration, the Alumni Gala supports meaningful impact across Logansport Community School Corporation. Through alumni generosity and events like the Gala, the Alumni Association has invested more than $25,000 in classroom grants, student organizations, and special projects that directly benefit students and staff.
