NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION CASS COUNTY COUNCIL

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 20TH, 2026

The Cass County Council will be meeting in Executive Session on Friday February 20th, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. in the Commissioners’ Office Meeting Room at the Cass County Government Building, located on the 2nd floor at 200 Court Park, Room 200, Logansport, IN. 46947.

The Cass County Council will be meeting pursuant to I.C. § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(4)(H) to interview and negotiate with industrial or commercial prospects or agents of industrial or commercial prospects; I.C. § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(10); to consider the appointment of a public official, I.C. § 5-14-1.5-6.1(19); to have communications with an attorney that are subject to the attorney client privilege.
