Fiberglass Freaks' Batman Museum

The Fiberglass Freaks’ Batman Museum, family owned and operated, officially opened on October 31st, 2024 in downtown Logansport, Indiana. The 7,284 square foot museum features hundreds of items from the life’s work of longtime Batman enthusiast and collector, Mark Racop, the only licensed seller and builder of 1966 Batmobile replicas. Among the items showcased in the museum from the iconic superhero’s 86 year history are hundreds of Batman toys, props, and promotional materials from the various versions of Batman throughout the years, on both the small and big screen. The museum houses one of three screen-used Penguin jackets, worn by Burgess Meredith, and a Riddler costume, from the 2003 reunion movie RETURN TO THE BATCAVE. While the museum is 1966 Batman-centric, the museum is organized around particular eras and portrayals of Batman, spanning television, movies, and comics. The museum is changed frequently, and has many events and guests to encourage repeat visits.
