NOTICE OF INTENT TO APPLY
FOR FUNDING AND NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
The Town of Walton hereby
provides notice that it intends to file
an application for funding with
USDA Rural Development to
purchase new police equipment for
the Walton Police Department.
A public hearing on the
application will be held on
Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at 10:00
A.M. Anyone requesting information
on this project or who would like to
offer comments should attend this
meeting, which will be held in the
Town Hall 100 S Depot Street
Walton, Indiana 46994. Anyone who
would like to receive information on
the project or offer a comment, but
will not be able to attend the public
hearing, may contact Rick Lee
Town Manager at the address listed
above.
It is the intention of the Walton
Town Council to comply with the
Americans with Disabilities Act.
