PUBLIC HEARING: Town of Galveston – Wastewater system Improvements

Notice of Public Hearing Town of Galveston Wastewater System Improvements Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) to obtain assistance from Indiana’s Wastewater State Revolving Fund (WWSRF) The Town of Galveston will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, May 12, 2025 at the Cleo Metcalf Memorial Community Center at 101 Park Road in Galveston, Indiana. The Town of Galveston’s engineering consultant will present the recommended upgrades to the Town’s wastewater infrastructure, which will include improvements to the wastewater collection system and wastewater treatment plant as described in the PER. The project is submitted for funding through the Indiana Wastewater State Revolving Fund (WWSRF). At this hearing, there will be the opportunity for questions and comments from the public. Participation is welcomed and encouraged. If special assistance is required at the meeting, please contact the Town Hall at (574)699-6664. Copies of the PER are available for public viewing starting April 29th, 2025 through May 19th.
