NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON RECOMMENDATION TO AWARD PUBLIC-PRIVATE AGREEMENT Notice is hereby given pursuant to Ind. Code 5-23-5-9 by the Board of Works and Safety of the City of Logansport (“City”) that after receiving proposals in response to the City’s Request for Proposals (“RFP”) issued under Ind. Code 5-23 for the development, design, construction, initial operation and transfer of a new clubhouse at Dykeman Park Golf Course through a public-private partnership agreement that a public hearing shall be held on the recommendation to enter into a public-private partnership agreement for this project. Broadway, Logansport, IN 46947 RECOMMENDATION:The recommendation being made to the City at the hearing is to enter into a public-private partnership agreement with Shepler Construction Co. Inc. for the development, design, construction and initial operation of a new clubhouse at Dykeman Park Golf Course and to transfer the completed clubhouse to the City approximately thirty days after final completion. The proposals submitted in response to the RFP and an explanation of the basis upon which the recommendation is being made are available for public inspection and copying at the City Building during regular business hours.
