Logansport Plan Commission – The Commission meets on the second Monday of each month at 4:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers on the third floor of City Hall.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

LOGANSPORT PLAN COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Logansport Plan Commission will hold a public hearing starting at 4:00pm on Monday April 14, 2025 in the City Council Chambers, City Building, 601 East Broadway, Logansport, Indiana on the Third Floor. During this hearing, the Plan Commission will consider amendments to the Logansport Zoning Ordinance for Mobile Vendors. Interested persons desiring to express their views on this petition, either orally or in writing, will be given the opportunity at the above time and place. Opinions expressed in writing may be sent to Cass County Government Building, 200 Court Park, Room 306, Logansport, Indiana 46947, or faxed to 574-753-7401 and must be received by 2:00 PM on the day before the hearing. LOGANSPORT PLAN COMMISSION WILL CONSIDER THE CAPTIAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) FOR 2026-2029 Notice is hereby given that the Logansport Plan Commission will hold a public hearing starting at 4:00PM on Monday April 14, 2025. This hearing will be held in the City of Logansport Common Council Chambers 601 E Broadway, Logansport, IN 46947 on the 3rd floor. During this hearing, the Commission will be considering the following: Capital Improvement Program for the years 2026-2029 Interested persons desiring to express their views on these issues, either orally or in writing will be given the opportunity at express opinions in writing and/or during the meeting. All written opinions may be sent to the Logansport/Cass County Planning Department, 200 Court Park, Rm 306, Logansport, IN 46947 or faxed to 574-753-7401 and must be received by 2:00pm the Friday before the hearing. Copies of the document will be available 5 days before the meeting in the Planning Department Office. The hearing may be continued from time to time as necessary.
