NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Logansport City Council will hold a public meeting on March 3rd, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. in the Logansport Council Hearing Room on the 3rd floor of the City Building, 601 E Broadway, Logansport, Indiana regarding the proposed alley vacation in Logansport, Indiana described as follows: From Wright St to the East-West alley between 15th & 16th St. Commencing at the NE corner of Lot 21 of City Park Ground, thence South 165′ along the East boundary of said Lot 21 to the Southeast corner, then East 10 ft. to the Southwest corner of Lots 22, 23, and 24 of City Park Ground, thence North 165′ ft. along the West boundary of said Lots 22, 23, and 24 to the Northwest corner, then 10′ West to the point of beginning the Northeast corner of Lot 21 of City Park Ground. The public is invited to comment on any of the matters herein noted, and all taxpayers, residents, or interested parties who appear will be given a reasonable opportunity to express their views both orally and in writing, on the proposed alley vacation.
