Logansport Architectural Review Committee Meeting and Public Hearing

Meets first and third Friday of each month in the City Council Chamber on the 3^rd floor of City Hall. This is only if there are action items to be considered.

The following notice was published in the Pharos-Tribune on Sept. 27, 2023:

Notice is hereby given that the Logansport Architectural Review Committee (ARC) will hold a public hearing starting at 9:00 AM on Friday, October 6, 2023, in the City Council Chambers, on the third floor of the City Building, 601 E Broadway Logansport, Indiana, 46947.

During this hearing, the committee will consider the petition of Marsha Horning representing Shree Ghanshyam requesting a PUD Development Plan Review and various Variances from Developmental Standards for a Dunkin and Jimmy Johns restaurant with drive thru and indoor dining, to be allowed to use corrugated metal, and to have a lesser side yard setback. The property is located at 3900 E Market St, Logansport, IN 46947 and is zoned LV PUD, Lexington Village PUD.

Interested persons desiring to express their views on this petition, either orally or in writing, will be given the opportunity at the above time and place. Opinions expressed in writing may be sent to the Planning Department, 200 Court Park, Room 306, Logansport, Indiana 46947, or faxed to 574-753- 7401 and must be received by 2:00 PM, the day before the hearing. An adverse decision may be appealed to the City Council within (30) thirty days.

A copy of the application will be available in room 306 of the Cass County Government Building five days prior to the hearing.
