NOTICE OF JOINT EXECUTIVE SESSION MEETING
CASS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND CASS COUNTY COUNCIL

COMMISSIONERS HEARING ROOM
The Cass County Commissioners and Cass County Council will be meeting in Executive Session on Friday, September 20, 2024, at 8:00 a.m. in the Cass County Commissioners Conference Room at the Cass County Government Building (Courthouse), located on the 2nd floor at 200 Court Park, Logansport, Indiana.
The Cass County Commissioners and Cass County Council will be meeting pursuant to I.C.§ 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(4)(I) negotiations with commercial prospects; I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(D) to address potential real property acquisitions or transactions by the County; and I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1-(b)(9) to discuss job performance or evaluation of individual employees.
