Cass County Re-Imagined – Central Cass County Community Meeting
In the spring of 2024, county, city and town leaders in Cass County worked together to submit a letter of intent for the Stellar Pathways program offered by the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs. Though the Cass County region was not selected to advance in the program, local leaders want to continue the conversations that began as part of the process.
Building on the foundations created through the Logansport Re-Imagined initiative, Cass County’s Stellar Pathways Steering Committee scheduled three community meetings to continue the conversations with stakeholders.
The first meeting was held Sept.10, 2024 in Twelve Mile and focused on northern Cass County, including Boone, Harrison, Bethlehem & Adams Townships and the communities of Royal Center, Lucerne, Metea and Twelve Mile. A second meeting was held Oct. 8, 2024 in Galveston and focused on southern Cass County, including Washington, Tipton, Deer Creek and Jackson Townships, and the communities of Galveston, Onward, Walton and Young America.
The third meeting in this fall session will be held:
October 29, 2024 from 5:30-7 p.m.
Location: Penman Building (across from Huston Park) in Logansport
Focus: Central Cass County
Jefferson, Noble, Clay, Clinton, Eel, Miami Townships
Clymers, New Waverly, Logansport
Please RSVP at bit.ly/CCRI102924 by noon on Oct. 29 to help plan for seating.
The goal of Cass County Re-Imagined is to foster coordination and collaboration across our communities. For more information, email info@casscountyreimagined.com.
