CASS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MEETINGS: First and third Mondays of the month at 1 p.m. in the Commissioners Hearing Room in the Cass County Government Building. (If the date falls on a holiday, the meeting will be held on Tuesday.)

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the
Cass County Commissioners will
hold a public meeting on March 20,
2023 at 1:00 p.m. in the
Commissioners Hearing Room on
the 2nd floor of the Cass County
Court House, 200 Court Park,
Logansport, Indiana regarding the
proposed Canal Street vacation at
Georgetown, Indiana. The following
are the legal descriptions that run
along said alleys and streets;
Canal Street is 66″ feet wide and
the vacation would be from the east
boundary of Lots 29 and 15 to the
West boundary lines of Lots 28 and
14. The alley is 10′ wide between
Lots 11 & 12.
The public is invited to comment
on any of the matters herein noted,
and all taxpayers, residents or
interested parties who appear will
be given a reasonable opportunity
to express their views both orally
and in writing, on the proposed alley
and street vacation.
