BEGIN: 4-week Foundational Yoga Series

A welcoming 4-week series that teaches you everything you need to know to feel confident in any yoga class. Jump in at any time – each cycle builds systematically from breathing basics to a complete yoga practice.

What you’ll learn: • Three-part breath and how it changes everything • Essential poses broken down step by step • How to modify poses for your body • Sun salutations that actually make sense • Balance poses that build confidence • Gentle backbends and hip openers

What you’ll experience: Each 60-minute class follows the same gentle structure, adding new poses each week so you never feel overwhelmed. We start on your back with breathing, move through foundational poses, and always end in complete relaxation.
