1st Annual Logansport Plein Air Event

Come join us for a fun day of painting around Logansport! Their 1st Annual Plein Air event will be held on September 6, 2025, rain or shine.

Early registration for the event will open June 1, 2025; and will cost non-LAA members $30, LAA members $20, and juniors $15. The fee on the day of the event will be $35 for non-LAA members, $25 for LAA members, and juniors will be $20.

All fees will be considered income for the LAA. They can be paid on the day of the event or online through PayPal at loganart1911@gmail.com

The LAA will set up to receive registrations, stamp canvases, and pass out goody bags at 7:30am through 10:00am in front of the LAA. Parking can be at the LAA, across the street in the larger parking lot, or on the street.

Artists must bring their completed, framed, and ready to hang pieces to the LAA anytime before 4:00pm. Artwork will be displayed on easels and available for sale, commission free, from 4:00-5:00 p.m. in the parking lot. The award ceremony will take place in front of the LAA at 5:00pm. After that, interested artists may submit their pieces to the LAA for a period of 20 days for the September Heritage show. The reception and collection will be held at the LAA beginning at 5:30 p.m. and awards at 6:00 p.m. Pieces sold during the show are subject to a 10% commission by the LAA.
