During this hearing, the committee will consider the petition of Stacey Holdeman (Premiere Signs) requesting a Development Plan Review to allow for a new wall sign. The property is located at 3900 E Market Street (Unit next to Dollar Tree), Logansport, IN and is zoned LV PUD, Lexington Village Planned Unit Development.
