LOGANSPORT PLAN COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that the Logansport Plan Commission will hold a public hearing starting at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, January 8, 2024 in the City Council Chambers, third floor, City Building, 601 East Broadway, Logansport, Indiana. During this hearing, the board will consider the petition of MAP Logansport Investors, LLC requesting a Major Subdivision Replat of George S. Kistler Subdivision. The property is located at 2915-3101 E Market Street, Logansport, IN 46947. The property is more fully described as: Geo Kistler Lots 3, 4, 5 Pt Lots 1,2,6 & 7 14-097-001,002,004,005,006,007 Copies of information pertaining to this issue will be on file for public inspection 10 days prior to the meeting in the office of the Logansport/Cass County Planning Department, 200 Court Park, room 306, Cass County Government Building, Logansport, IN. Interested persons desiring to express their views on these issues, either orally or in writing will be given the opportunity at the above time and place.
